She received the Disc Dor at the Midem in Cannes that same year. The singles "Come Into My Life" and "Let a Boy Cry" went platinum in Europe and are still fixtures of popular radio channels worldwide. She has performed at venues such as Top of the Pops as well as at the Bercy Stadium in Paris side by side to artists such as Janet Jackson and Oasis, before an audience of more than 20,000 people.
