Mexican trio Pandora made its debut with the release of a self-titled album in 1985, soon, climbing music charts throughout Latin America with a song called "?Cómo Te Va Mi Amor?," achieving Gold status that same year. After issuing Pandora Otra Vez in 1986, Fernanda Meade, Isabel Lascurian, and Mayte Lascurian had the opportunity to perform live in the U.S. while participating in a tribute to Plácido Domingo at Los Angeles Universal Amphitheater, moving to Europe to make Huellas a year later. In May of 1989 Liliana Aboroa joined the threesome, replacing Fernanda Meade who decided to start a solo career, who returned in 1997 after recording two albums. While touring America to promote Hace Tres Noches Apenas, a traditional Mexican music album, Pandoras live performance at Mexico Citys Metropolitan Theater was recorded on May 8, 1998, released as Pandora 1985/1998.
