Stoney+是Stoney之前的一个乐队Stoneylacuna的演变。顺寻60年代的英伦风格的贴切表达，却有着民谣,布鲁斯摇滚,硬摇滚的扭曲电子等元素的恰到混合，又有着现代流行元素的顺畅旋律。

温婉动人的哀伤情歌，如同Margot and the Nuclear So and Sos的迷人精致调子，也有着工业时代场景的黑暗怪诞杰作，更有着james blunt似的嗓音。每首歌曲都有独到之处。

My name is Stoney. I’m an “indie artist” made in Great Britain. These days home is where I lay my hat. Only I don’t own a hat. Instead I have a thick thatch of hair and good shoes which will suffice. I spend much of my time writing songs and making records in small dark rooms. My songs are difficult to dance to, but hopefully good for the soul.
